    This is a personalized print for the newly engaged or married couple. You can choose a city or town only and as long as it can be found on a map to include on the print. Production time is 1-2 weeks. Digital files have a 2-3 days processing time, you just do not have to wait for the file to then be printed and shipped, You will get it once it is completed.

    How to Order:
    1. The layout will be identical to the pictured listing photo. 2.
    2. We will send you the proof for Free to review the print before production. All proofs must be confirmed by the customer before printing.
    3. A digital file is a pdf or jpeg that will be sent to you that you then print yourself, or get printed locally.

    In the notes to the seller, leave the following information:
    1. City, State, and Country for the map. The cities can be your birth towns, your signifcant places or anything you two are connected with.
    2. If you want a heart added to the map, you must provide me with either an address or coordinates if there is no address available (or give me a name I can search). If you do not provide this the heart will be placed under the city/town name.
    The map image will be of the city with the city/town name centred (unless that is not possible based on the map and the layout of a city). I usually try to make the best judgement call on what looks most aesthetically pleasing. If I can't decide, especially for smaller towns, I'll reach out.
    3. First names (they will be in lowercase, connected with a heart)

We Received Damaged or broken item?

We always try to send high quality products to our customers. But, sometimes, the odd one's do to come out. If you have received a faulty, damaged or broken item, please send us the photo of the damaged product as a proof immediately to support@theprintypeople.com along with your order number. Once, we receive the email and verify it, we will immediately send you a FREE Replacement product at no additional cost to you.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we do accept returns for some products. We are not able to accept returns for products that are custom-made products based on customer's preferences and it is not possible for us to do returns and resell it. But, do not worry if you have any problem with the product, please contact us at support@theprintypeople.com and we will send you a FULL refund or send you a FREE replacement product at no additional cost.
